sciencefair_03Herzl/RMHA offers academic excellence in an exciting and diverse environment.

Our curriculum combines current best practices with time-tested programs. Small classes allow our outstanding faculty to practice differentiated instruction. This approach allows every student to excel by meeting their needs wherever they are on the learning continuum. Our services for special learners include learning specialists and resource center, challenge and enrichment programs, and Advanced Placement courses. Experiential learning – taking advantage of real-world experiences to enhance classroom instruction – is at the core of a Herzl/RMHA education and brings classroom studies to life across many curricular areas.

Both the Lower School (grades K – 5) and Upper School (grades 6 – 12) offer a comprehensive educational approach to courses in math, science, literacy/English, language arts, social studies, arts, culture and foreign language. Classes are regularly augmented by guest speakers, research projects and class trips.

The Upper School provides a rigorous college preparatory program, including Advanced Placement options in grades 10 through 12. Our graduates attend and succeed at some of the most selective colleges in the country and abroad.

You can learn more details about the courses offered in each grade by reading our Lower and Upper School curriculum guides.
