Strategic Plan

The strategic plan was adopted by the board of trustees in 2003. Nearly all objectives on this plan have either been met or are currently underway.
Achieve academic excellence and broaden curriculum as part of a K-12 continuum
- Explore and implement differentiated learning models
- Refine and develop a K-12 articulated curriculum; explore opportunities to integrate curricula
- Attract and retain the highest quality faculty through professional development, compensation and use of current best instructional practices.
- Create programs to support broad academic and cultural offerings
- Expand Judaic curricular offerings to appeal to students of all affiliations.

Achieve Fiscal Strength and Operational Effectiveness
- Ensure fiscal strength based on recognized measures of financial performance
- Attract and retain top quality staff with competitive compensation
- Provide for current and projected capital obligations
- Implement fund development plan which supports current and projected programs.
- Build financial strength to ensure that no child is turned away due to financial need
- Implement marketing plan for sustainable growth
- Attain optimal administrative systems and physical resources to meet the changing needs of the organization

Create Menschen through an environment that is based on Jewish values (middot)
- Incorporate middot in the life of our school through our teachings and practices
- Support efforts to integrate middot in the lives of our families and community
- Enhance programs for students and families that focus on Jewish values
- Expand programs that enhance our connection to Israel
Provide educational experiences to the greatest number of people in our community
- Increase enrollment in K-12
- Be recognized as a top-rated school, locally and nationally
- Maximize enrollment through pre-school feeder programs
- Expand opportunities for participation on our campus
